The Maryland Transit Administration also serves the city.

The city is the home to many colleges including Baltimore International College (BIC), Johns Hopkins University (JHU), Loyola University Maryland (LUM), Coppin State University (CSU), Morgan State University (MSU) and the University of Baltimore (UB).

Baltimore is the home to the Maryland Zoo, the Fire Museum of Maryland, Druid Hill Park, Patterson Park, Federal Hill Park, Herring Run Park, the Baltimore’s Farmers’ Market, Billie Holiday Plaza and the Broadway Pier.
